CHARTER POLICY

Charters must be cancelled or changed no more than 2 weeks before sailing date in order to receive a refund. No hard liquor or illegal substances aboard the vessel. Captain retains the right to end any charter due to any safety issue. When aboard the vessel or when deposits and payments received, you agree to all the above
